1. About this service

ArdenWoW is an independent community project. These terms cover the ArdenWoW website and its Closed Alpha registration service.

A project support and privacy contact address will be published here when available.

2. Your registration

Provide an email you control, choose a unique password, and confirm your email to complete registration. You must have legal capacity to agree to these terms, or obtain the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required. Keep your credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Alpha registration and rewards

Confirmed eligible registrations receive entitlement to the Conquest of Azeroth Warchest described on the registration page: one choice of Master Class Cosmetic Set including its cosmetic weapon and themed mount; Tome of Specialization II; Riding Tome: Apprentice Riding; two 20-slot bags; the title "Founder of Arden"; and a companion of your choice. Entitlement is recorded after email verification. Delivery requires a linked eligible game account and will occur when the applicable alpha features are available. Registering does not immediately create a playable game account or deliver items. Duplicate or fraudulent registrations do not create additional reward entitlements.

4. Alpha availability

Closed Alpha applications remain open. Invitations will be emailed to selected applicants in the coming days. Registration and email confirmation do not guarantee an invitation or grant playable game access. The Closed Alpha has a level cap of 30 and no set duration or end date yet. No character wipe is currently planned. Alpha progress is intended to carry over. The Closed Alpha is a test service, and bugs or interruptions may occur. We will communicate material changes affecting access or advertised rewards. Alpha participation does not guarantee a final release date or uninterrupted service.

5. Acceptable use

Do not abuse registration, automate fraudulent accounts, bypass security checks, distribute malware, impersonate others, or interfere with the service. We may restrict access for abuse or security reasons. Contact us to dispute a restriction.

6. Communications and privacy

Registration requests account verification and alpha access communications. It does not subscribe you to unrelated promotional newsletters. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. You may request account deletion by contacting the operator.

7. Ownership and third-party services

ArdenWoW is an independent community project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment or Project Ascension. World of Warcraft and other referenced names, artwork and marks belong to their respective owners. These terms do not grant rights to third-party intellectual property. External services have their own terms.

8. Responsibility and changes

We use reasonable care to operate the service, but alpha software is experimental. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material updates will be dated and, where appropriate, communicated before taking effect. Applicable mandatory law continues to protect you regardless of these terms.
