Create your accountHow can I join the Closed Alpha?
Applications are open. Create an account and confirm your email to apply. We will email invitations to selected applicants in the coming days. Applying does not guarantee an invitation or grant immediate game access.
Will my character progress be reset?
No character wipe is currently planned. Alpha progress is intended to carry over.
What is the level cap during the Closed Alpha?
The Closed Alpha will have a level cap of 30.
How long will the Closed Alpha last?
The Closed Alpha does not have a set duration or end date yet. We will announce any updates as they become available.
What happens when the Closed Alpha ends?
The Closed Alpha is planned to transition into the full launch, allowing characters to continue leveling beyond level 30. No character wipe is currently planned. Alpha progress is intended to carry over.
Do I need to apply again if I already registered?
No. Existing verified accounts are already on the applicant list. If you have not confirmed your email, use your confirmation link or request a new one. New applicants can create an account and confirm their email.
What if I did not receive my confirmation email?
Check your spam or junk folder. If the message is missing or the link has expired, request a new confirmation email using the address you registered with.
Where do I download the client and find connection instructions?
Selected applicants will receive a personal invitation code by email. Follow the invitation instructions to redeem it on the website. Game activation and client download instructions will be provided separately when available. You do not need to download a client to apply.
What is included in the alpha reward?
The Conquest of Azeroth Warchest includes your choice of one Master Class Cosmetic Set with a cosmetic weapon and themed mount, Tome of Specialization II, Riding Tome: Apprentice Riding, two 20-slot bags, the title "Founder of Arden", and a companion of your choice. Your reward entitlement is recorded after email verification. Delivery requires a linked eligible game account and will happen when the applicable alpha features are available. How do I access my account or reset my password?
Sign in to access your profile. If you have forgotten your password, request a password reset using your registered email address.
